Guidelines

(i) Complete the form below to provide feedback about Council performance i.e. compliments for excellence, or complaints where a Council service or the behaviour of staff/contractors has not met the expected standard.

(ii) To make a complaint about members of the public, businesses, or the compliance of properties/activities e.g. ongoing noise or dog issues; illegal building work or commercial activity etc. please complete our "public complaints" form.

(iii) To report an issue requiring maintenance e.g. road/footpath conditions, water leaks etc. please complete our "Fix it" form (and thanks so much for letting us know – we rely a lot on this info coming in from members of the public, rates don’t cover having staff proactively looking for issues everywhere all the time).
